Quality controlRainbow – Language in Business aims to provide the highest quality service in every aspect of business language training. All our tutors are carefully selected on the basis of their track records in teaching languages for business purposes and their classes are regularly monitored. All students are invited to complete questionnaires to help evaluate every aspect of the service they are receiving and Course Directors regularly ensure that students are enjoying classes and reaching learning targets. Student’s feedback is greatly appreciated and acted upon so that courses can be fine-tuned and our services improved.
